Angstrom Lighting provides full technical support for all of the lighting equipment we sell and rent to our clients.
Angstrom Lighting's knowledgeable and friendly service technicians are ready to repair your lighting equipment. We can accomplish this in our shop or at your location, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
Choose one of the following types of repair service:
- STANDARD: Bring in your equipment to Angstrom Lighting during our normal business hours and it will be tested and evaluated. A service technician will then call you with our recommendations for repair and a quote. Upon your authorization, we will have it repaired and ready for your pick-up, usually in just a few days. This is the most affordable option.
- STANDARD-RUSH: Bring in your equipment to Angstrom Lighting and request a "Rush Repair." This is available for a higher fee.
- ON-SITE: Schedule an on-site repair during normal business hours. There is a higher rate for this service and you will be charged from "portal-to-portal."
- ON-SITE-EMERGENCY: After hours on-site repair is also available. Call 866.275.9211 for emergency contact phone numbers. Because this is an after-hours repair, there will be a higher rate due to overtime and/or double-time; and you will be charged from portal-to-portal.
