ANGSTROM STAGE LIGHTING, INC. SWEEPSTAKE-OF-THE-WEEK.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States and the District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years of age or older on the date of entry. Persons who are immediate family members (parents, children, siblings) of, or live in the same household as, employees or directors, or are themselves employees or directors, of Angstrom Stage Lighting, Inc., affiliated companies, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to participate. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules. Angstrom Stage Lighting, Inc., 837 N Cahuenga Blvd., Hollywood, California 90038, is the sponsor of the Sweepstakes (the "Sponsor"). Void where restricted or otherwise prohibited by law.

2. TIMING

Sweepstake-of-the-Week will commence each Monday at 12:00:00a.m. Pacific Time ("PT"), and end on the following Sunday at 11:59:59 p.m. PT, the "Promotion Period", until such time as Sponsor decides, in its sole discretion, to discontinue the Sweepstake-of-the-Week. From all eligible weekly Internet entries received, one (1) weekly winner will be selected as stated in paragraph 4, below, on or about Wednesday of each week. The winner will be notified by e-mail on the day of the drawing. Each weekly drawing is considered a new and separate sweepstakes.

3. TO ENTER

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO ENTER. TO ENTER, VISIT SPONSOR'S WEB SITE AT ANGSTROMLIGHTING.COM AND FILL OUT THE QUESTIONNAIRE COMPLETELY PURSUANT TO THE INSTRUCTIONS SET FORTH ON THE ENTRY FORM (ESTIMATED TIME TO ANSWER: APPROXIMATELY FIVE (5) MINUTES). YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PROVIDE YOUR NAME, YOUR PHONE NUMBER, YOUR ADDRESS, YOUR AGE, AND YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. YOU WILL ALSO BE ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR PURCHASING PREFERENCES AND YOURSELF. NO OTHER METHOD OF ENTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED, ONE ENTRY PER PERSON/HOUSEHOLD/
EMAIL ADDRESS. By entering and not selecting the "opt-in" button, entrant acknowledges and accepts that his/her e-mail address and/or other personal information from the entry (collectively "Information") may be used for internal marketing analyses and that the Information will not be used for any other purposes without your consent. In the event entrant selects the Mailing List Opt-in button at the time of entry, you agree that Angstrom can use your personal data for Angstrom's Mailing List (as defined below). Selecting the Opt-in button and thereby choosing to be on Angstrom's Mailing List will not change your odds of winning nor will it decrease your chance of winning any product(s), however, it may provide you with the opportunity to be notified of future sweepstakes. Further, by entering and selecting the Mailing List Opt-in button at the time of entry, entrant acknowledges and accepts that his/her e-mail address, postal mailing address (herein "Mailing List"), and/or other personal information from the entry (collectively "Information") may be used for internal marketing analyses and to provide entrant with information about Sponsor and Sponsor's products, promotions and/or services that may be of interest to entrant. Even if Entrant decides to "Opt-in", Entrant will later be able to "Opt-out" of any future e-mails, postal mailing or any other form of contact from Sponsor by simply selecting the "opt-out" option on the e-mails, or by contacting Sponsor in writing and requesting to be removed from any mailing list or other form of contact. The Information and/or Mailing List will not be used for any other purposes without your consent. Regardless of whether entrant Opts-in or not, Angstrom will not sell or release such Information or Mailing List to any third parties for such third parties' independent use. Entrants must complete all required sections in the official entry form and click the "Submit/I Agree" button. Noncompliance with any entry procedure will result in disqualification. Limit of one (1) entry per e-mail address during the Promotion Period. Entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. More than one (1) entry from any e-mail address will void all but the first entry from that address.

4. DRAWING

Each Entrant must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. During the term of the Sweepstakes, on or about Wednesday of each week, a potential winner will be selected for the prior week's sweepstake in a random drawing from all eligible Internet entries under the supervision of the Sponsor's Web Site personnel whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Internet entries received. Selected winners will be notified by e-mail within five (5) business days of the drawing, or as soon as practical thereafter. If a selected winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the first attempt to contact such potential winner, an alternate entrant will be selected in his or her place at random from all eligible entries received. Entries will not carry over week to week. If entrant wishes to be eligible each week, entrant must re-enter on a weekly basis.

5. PRIZES

During the term of the Sweepstakes, one (1) winner each week will receive one (1) gift of equipment and/or apparel, as was defined for that specific week by the Sponsor in the weekly sweepstakes entry page. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of that week's gift will be stated on the specific weekly sweepstakes page and will range in Approximate Retail Value from $5.00 to $125.00 per weekly gift. The Approximate Retail Value of all gifts for each year is between approximately $260.00 and $1100.00, and the approximate value of all gifts awarded each week, as well as the total approximate value of gifts awarded for the sweepstakes year, will be updated weekly and can be viewed on the website by clicking here. The actual products and/or sizes, colors, and styles will be determined solely by the Sponsor, subject to availability. Limit one Prize per person per household per week. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Winners may be required to provide all taxpayer information, including social security number, before claiming Prize. Winners will be notified by postal mail or e-mail and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release, within fourteen (14) days of Notification. Failing to do so will disqualify said potential winner and another entrant will be selected at random from all eligible Internet entries. If any prize or prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and another entrant will be selected at random from all eligible Internet entries. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor, and those acting under its authority, may use winner's name, picture/portrait likeness and/or voice, for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. If winner has moved to a different address, it is the sole responsibility of the winner to notify the Sponsor or designated agent of their new address. Sponsor is not responsible for any prize deliveries which are undeliverable due to any change of address. BY ACCEPTING THE PRIZE, THE WINNER AGREES THAT THE SPONSOR, ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY WINNER FOR ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES OR PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY. The prize is not transferable and cannot be assigned or redeemed for cash, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available or for any other reason. The Sweepstakes is void in all jurisdictions where prohibited.

7. PERSONAL DATA

Unless you Opt-in for our mailing list at the time of filling out your entry, Sponsor will only use data about entrants obtained from the Sweepstakes entry forms for the administration of the Sweepstakes and for Sponsor's own market research. In the event that you click the Opt-in button at time of entry and choose to be on Angstrom's mailing list, you agree that Angstrom will be permitted to use your personal information to contact you about Angstrom services, products, news and future sweepstakes under the conditions here and under Paragraph 3, above. However, Angstrom will not sell or release any personal data or information gathered on the Site to any third parties for such third parties' independent use. So, for example, regardless of whether you opt-in or not, Angstrom will not sell your email addresses to spammers or sell your name and personal demographic information to mass marketers. Further, regardless of whether you opt-in or not, by clicking the "Submit / I Agree" button on the on-line registration or submitting an entry by mail, you agree to such use of the personal data, which will be kept at Sponsor's premises in Hollywood, California.

8. MISCELLANEOUS

All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor. In the event of a dispute, entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A selected winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the selected winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or is reasonably suspected of tampering with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected e-mail entries. For a list of the prize winners, send a self-addressed envelope, for receipt within thirty (30) days from the date of the drawing to: Angstrom Stage Lighting, Inc., Attn: Survey Winners, 837 N. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND
SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
